Stock buybacks are an instrument of last resort and can not think of anything else plus only effects shareholders. Companies are better off paying off debt than stock buy backs because that is what will get companies in the long run. Invest in stores and bring them up to date, invest in employees or have better products with better materials. Believe in the company and things will follow. Treat people with respect and human beings not some number in a company.
